Circus Clown

A reproduction of the Happy Clown tin toy by Johann Distler from around 1950. Like the original, this Happy Clown becomes shorter by moving its head into its upper body. It closes its eyes and stretches back again. Happy indeed. With our fun tin toys, you can build your very own fairground when it's too cold outside for Ferris wheels and carousels, you're sick or feel too old, or you don't feel like dealing with crowds. Sit on the coziest carpet in the house and be entertained by the cheerful visitors, monkeys riding tricycles, and ambitious pandas beating their drums to the rhythm of the whirling carousels. Of course, no fairground would be complete without silly clowns playing pranks and spreading cheer - that's why we've brought in a select troupe of clowns. This joker is the only one who prefers to move on foot; with the help of a wind-up mechanism, he walks around looking for his buddies, who, as expected, are making a joke out of it...
